I don't come from wealth, I'm no Ivy League Scholar.
quite the opposite, in fact...
At 18 years old, I dropped out of high school to work for my family business. A few years later, my ambition lead me to starting my own business and a year later my first business sale. An opportunity presented itself to sell my new agency to buy my family's business.
I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I didn't know how to structure a deal. I didn't know how to run a business.
Yet, I was the owner of a 20 year old business, responsible for the livelihoods of the employees and delivering services to the clients. To prove myself, I scaled as quickly as possible, but with no understanding of taxation, accounting, or finance, I failed. My family's 20 year old business died with me.
To figure out where I went wrong, I returned to college for a degree in Accounting. After school, and transitioning into a new career, it would take me another 6 years before I learned anything about Acquisitions. Once I did, I pursued every avenue available to me to learn more. Reading industry white papers, talking to investors and PE fund managers, watching YouTube videos, even following and paying gurus to learn more.

My name is Daniel Talbott. Husband, Father, and Entrepreneur, living in sunny South Florida.
My why has changed over the years. In the beginning, I wanted to prove myself. Then I wanted to help people avoid my mistakes. Now I work to show my children what is possible.
My goal is to provide them with a stable life and as many opportunities as possible to lean one simple skill: How to Create Value!
It's my core believe that, through solving problems for others, creating value with our God-given gifts leads to living a purposeful life. One where we can attain abundance for our families and community.

A degree in Accounting, an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS, licensed to provide Business Brokerage services in the state of Florida and reciprocal states, member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, Business Brokers of Florida, and International Business Brokers Association.
